Upgrade the IP office to latest software. 1

I need to upgrade the IP office to the latest software. It is currently at release 7 and the latest is at 9. The site is also utilizing Custom Call Reporting and VM Pro. What should my steps be. Thanks Terry

FYI 9.1 is the latest, but CCR will not work with 9.1, they dropped it due to it being pants

Thanks for the info, will CCR work with 9.0 if not do I just upgrade all components to 8.x. From 7.0 I can go straight to 8.x or 9.0 correct.

CCR has never worked as intended, so no.
Scrap it an buy a Xima license, get an upgrade for R9.1 + Essential edition, do the 9.0->9.1 upgrade trick on the bootloader if PCS14 or lower, rebuild the config from scratch and load it in.

I don't know about CCR, but you need to go 7->8.x->9.x. I don't think you can go directly from 7->9
