Upgrade from 9.0 to 9.1 failed at transfer stage. 2

Hi, I have a system at 9.0 and when I was trying to upgrade to 9.1, it fails every time at the file transfer stage before the upgrade even begins. I have verified that the system password is correct and reset it just to be sure, but the upgrade never goes beyond the initial file transferring stage and all file transfers fail?? Any ideas??

Set http to secure unsecure
