updating 5410 from R5 to R6

Hi There
i'm trying here to upgrade my 5410 to R6 since my IPO is on 7.0.12, and i just can't:
i tried editing the file turn_on.bat and put the ip address of the IP Office but when i try to execute it , it gives me error msg in a DOS Window saying : 'tftp' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or a batch file..
press any key to continue..
i tried adding ALLOW_5410_UPGRADES on the source numbers tab on the NoUser user.. but nothing
did anyone try this before ?
any ideas? please

What type of IPO?
When it is an IP500v2 then set the file server on memory card and use the ipadres of Lan1

When an IP500v1 then you can do the same if there is an embedded voicemail card in it or a spare CF card.
If not then you need to set the file server on manager or custom.
Then you have to change the ipadres for the tftp server to a pc running manager or 3th party tftp server.
