Hey folks!
I have a Definity G3Si V12. We opened a short-term office some time ago. The users were allowed to get their pre-existing extensions ported over to that system, since we had same area code and prefix. But the system there is not connected to our Definity. I put entries in my Uniform DialPlan that said if you see 58xx, insert the prefix in front of it, thereby making the 4-digit dialing "seamless" to the users at our existing campus. Now we have begun mandatory 10-digit dialing in my area due to area code overlay. The Uniform DialPlan will allow only 4 total digits to be inserted. I need it to be 6, as in if you see dialed digits 58xx, insert 336xxx (area code and prefix).

Does anyone have a good solution that can be implemented to keep the "seamless" 4-digit dialing?

Thanks in advance for all you do

Insert the 'extra' digits in a route pattern that is unique to that location.

Could you be a bit more specific? I'm fairly adept at this system, but don't want to go off on wrong tangent.
Thanks

Find the digits being inserted, locate them in AAR, then find the route pattern and insert the digits on the RP
