I have a Windows XP Pro computer that once used compression as part of Windows' Disk Cleanup. This is no longer needed and I would like to restore all files to their original uncompressed state.

If appears that the command line of 'COMPACT /U' only uncompacts the files within that directory. Files in subdirectories are untouched.

Does anyone know of a way to uncompress/uncompact all files on the drive, including those in subfolders?

Nevermind. It is:

Code:
>C:\compact /u /s /i
