Unable to write to text-file using pws and active-state-perl

Hello,
I'm starting learning perl.I can't seem to be able to write to textfiles or any other filehandings using pws and active-state-perl. I've set the permissions in pws right but nothing happens.

Does anyone have a clue?
My target is developing for unix systems.

Hi Leon,

Could you post a short (as short as possible <grin>) script that demonstrates your problem?

You also need to set permissions in Windows on the file or folder to be written. This is a little late so I hope you have found the solution before now!
