I want to use perl at work to automate some tasks. This is a windows environment. Strawberry perl is available via the 'software center', BUT the usual way of using cpan to install modules is blocked, as is dmake. IT and security are open to bulding themselves an installable (e.g. msi) with the modules needed, but are not sure how to do it. Is there a link or a step by step instruction to show them?
