Unable to login to ccmuser page 1

I have loaded CCM 4.1.3 on a generic box. Everything works fine so far exept I can't login to CCMUser page. Any suggestion. It prompts me for a password but nothing works. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

did you set up the user in the global directory?

Yes i have added the user in global directory. I don't even get to the normal ccmuser page I get a windows logon. Nothing I put here will work.

This is what I used to fix this problem on CCM 4.1.2 on a generic box. Should work for you.
Modify Configuration in Computer Management
===========================================
"CCMUser" should be in Group "WebUsers", check it in followin way:
1) Start->Programs->Administrative Tools->Computer Management->
System Tools->LocalUsers and Groups
2) Expand "LocalUsers and Groups", select "Users", right click "CCMUser"
3) Select "Properties", check Tab "Member of"
4) Add "WebUsers"


Modify Configuration in Internet Inforamtion Service (IIS)
==========================================================
1) Start->Programs->Administrative Tools->Internet Service Manager
2) Select the CallManager server
3) Select the "Default Web Site"
4) Select the "CCMUser"
5) Right click "CCMUser", select "Properties"
6) In tab "Virtual Directory", Make sure "Application name" is "CCMUser"
7) In tab "Directory Security", Edit "Anonymous access and authentication
controll"
8) Check "Anonymous access", click "Edit"
9) Add "CCMUser" to "User Name:"
10) Check "Allow IIS to control password"

i have the same problem with CCMUser page. But when i'm opening this page - i get "internal server error". i've tried to do use this changes, but it didn't helps me. does anybody face with this problem?
