I am needing to convert all of our Cisco VG from SCCP to MGCP we are using CUCM 11.5 Could someone direct me to a whitepaper or offer step by step or cheet sheet to convert these?

Cisco VG310/320 migrate from SCCP to MGCP

you will need to delete the gateways from cucm and add them back in as MGCP.
Same goes for the gateway config. Remove all the SCCP configuration and add the MGCP commands.
