Hi

I am using Avaya IP403 Office PBX with Avaya IP Office TAPI2 Service Provider installed. I'm trying create an application using amTapiLite ocx. (amTapiPro ocx) Unfortunately i'm not able to detect Caller ID (CID is present - other application can detect it)

Quite a lot of questions:
What may cause the caller ID is not detected?
How can I test the caller ID detection?
Differs caller ID detection in different location?
Are there any TSP log files, where i can see the communication?

Any hints will be appreciated
Petr

If you open up Call Status, Select file then open and enter the ip office ip address, you should then see th CLI outgoing and incoming.

if no cli , then it will most definately fail , its not all doom if the case you can always ask your line providers to switch on , however some customers withold the numbers anyway. Life is not all rosey.
