not sure that this really is a TS issue, but trying any avenue i can to help this user out. we have a Win2K3 TS server set up and successfully serving the app it should. we have some home users that connect to our network using Juniper Network's Neoteris. they log in with a Local "Juniper" account (local to the Neoteris server and not one that i administer). anyway, they create a TS bookmark and config it to use a local account that i did set up on the TS server that matches their Neoteris account. when they click the bookmark link they get a popup that reads: (Title Bar) Windows Terminal ServerP... (that's all I can see), (Message) Unable to connect to target host. OK
I log into Neoteris using an AD account. But tried my own test by creating a bookmark to the TS server using the local account i created for our tester and i get through just fine. i don't know a thing about Juniper/Neoteris (and our admin guy is out today), but i'm wondering if that's my issue. anyone familiar with TS and Juniper/Neoteris that could offer some advice?
