IPO 500 v2 7.0.23 VM pro 7.0.23 Exchange 2010.

I am trying to implement this for 1st time and am having some issues.

I am trying to utilize Exchange 2010 as the store and have the phones sync with it.

I followed the Exchange 2007 installation(2010 docs not available) and was at least able to get the VM to e-mail to work but can't get them to sync so I can use outlook to delete etc..

I don't usally work on programming the exchange 2010 but am trying..

I assigned the voicemail user account “full access” permissions on the exchange mailboxes I want UMS on? This is one thing that is not in the docs that I can find so far.

Anything else I should look at would be appreciated..

Make sure you have a password for the user in Manager on the User's voicemail tab or it will not sync. And yes Full Access is the easiest way to allow permission.

Yes! Have VM passwords set for users.. Still no sync

Thanks

Did you install IIS before you installed VMPro?
This is needed for UMS to do anything with the voicemail messages.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

And what do you see in DbgView?

Set the trace to 8.

Yes IIS was installed before VM pro.. Server is also running CCR so this was prereq... Will need to try the debug monitor but I need to ask if I am seeing the VM to e-mail working what am I looking for to see if they sync?

Launch DbgView and select View > Debug Filters. Change the drop down top right to 8 Trace. Then scroll down the list of IDs and turn off all after 7e except 14, 66 and 19 (Email and the two MAPI options)

Paste that here.
