help, we have loaded a site with avaya ip500 running 4.0.7, 50 twinnning licenses, all working fine, but a re getting some calls from user saying twinning not working, we go back in to manager, (only 1x copy installed on site), and set back to internal????? with no data entered? very weird, happens on random users, and not all the time, and they don't know how to turn it off, any ideas

twinning licences dropping off in 4.0.7

i am running 3.2.54 and have had the same issue. Sometimes on a reboot it will remove the last 2 digits of the twining number. I cant figure it out. I have seen it turn its self off as well.
