No. Avaya have announced end-of-sale for the licensed Avaya Spaces UI used for meetings. But everything else that goes through the Avaya Cloud services, such as Apple Push notifications, Workplace login using email addresses and/or SSO, and so on, is continuing without needing any cloud licenses.
That includes Spaces Calling which is nothing to do with the Avaya Spaces UI, just unfortunately shares 'Spaces' in its name.
