Anybody have any helpful hints on why my reporting for call center is not working? I have the server installed as well as the client, i can log into the Call center via 127.0.0.1, but i can not download the information. I have tested the configuaration with the config tester, and all ports pass. Any thoughts?

thanks

what i have experiance with the call pilot is to install it in a pc that is not being used for anything else but call pilot only. it works good on windows xp not on 2003 server also try rebooting the call pilot after you install it. Also make sure that you have the correct MIIS java to support it.

yea, i have a clean xp machine with no anti-virus, but nothing. I am going to try a 2000 machine next. Do you know the correct MIIS java?

first of all did you install the keycode for call center reporting and did you enable it.
the first is to download from your call pilot cd call reporting server make sure when you are done to do the test and make sure you enter the call pilot ip address then run the test. Second down load the call center reporting for client software. after you completed power down the call pilot and power back up.
