We have a Merlin Legend system, R7 I believe. When the operator tries to transfer a call to VM (Audix) using #56, it does not work. What is the best way for the operator to transfer a call directly to VM?
Well, feature 56 will transfer the call to the extension, which then rings three times before going to VM. Everyone else can transfer directly into VM without the extension ringing - everyone except the operator. Any ideas of what that could be?
Is this a QCC or DLC operator position? If DLC, the call should go directly to the extensions's voice mail - and not ring the extensions. Did you program a Direct Voice Mail button the operator phone?
