I'm adding a DSS to my Operator Station and have a quick question. I'm currently missing the cable, and from what I’ve read, it appears to be a standard LAN cable with a notched RJ45 connector that I could notch myself. Do you know if the wiring is standard, or does it use a specific pinout? Should it follow T-568A, T-568B, or a completely different configuration?

I honestly don't remember the pin out. But 568A and B are the same except for the colors... Yes, for ethernet the twist rate varies, but it is still a one to one pin for pin unlike USOC that reverses end to end.
