Hi. I have a problem with a new CM server we have recently installed. When a call comes in on the main line it is routed to extension 5200. This extension has a coverage path to a vdn. If I dialed 5200 internally the call routes to VM and I get the proper announcement and I can dial by name. If I call from outside I get dead air. The call doesn't disconnect but I never get to vm. I keep hearing you can't

any help would be appreciated.
