I am wondering if anyone has any info on training programs or boot camps for exchange. I am looking to get certified as well as learn more about what I need to know now.

How familiar are you with the product, is a good question to ask.
If you are just starting out, I would not recommend a boot-camp.
If you have vast experience with earlier product versions and just want to get up to speed, then a boot camp is not a bad idea. $$$$$$$$$$$
Still nothing like a free copy of VMware Server, Couple of books, and the good fiends tek-tips to help you learn anything you want...

you can always build out your confidence on e2k3 with

and kenny said it the best in his last line :)

All the best!

I just became an engineer and took over a multi domain forest with 2 exchange organizations. It is a bit much, and I know the very basics, but I am thinking of something that can do 2 things.
1. get me up to speed on how exchange works
2. allow me to obtain a cert (mcp or mcse) so my raise next year will be much higher.
