Ok first you need to be sure that the system has a valid CDR link administered , check "Status cdr" if link 1 and 2 are showing as down , then it is unlkikely that you have a CDR link established to collect the data , unfortunatly you cant trace historical data and i am pretty sure the information you require would not be available to you in CDR format anyway.

If you run the command "list trace sta XXXX" this will give you all the data on the station you require but this is real time.

Hi Monty,

Status CDR is up Yes i not trace de active calls but de past calls.. thats my issue. I dnot see any Call billing or a monitoring system installed.

Thank you

Arvind

If you type list node-name ip or all (depending on the kit) this will show you what links you have administered to what IP address,
also check "change ip-services" and that will tie in with the information on the previous command the "service type" will be CDR1 or CDR2 with this information you will be able to determin what the IP address is of the machine that is collecting the data, from there you will have to do some digging around on site to find that machine.

But if your CDR status is showing as up something is collecting the data....happy hunting
