tomcat starts on bootup WIn2002 - need to stop this

having installed Tomcat 4, it now starts up automatically whenever the pc boots up. When i go to stop it, the shutdown script can't close it and i can't kill it using the ctrl-alt-del->task list. What file is starting tomcat so i can remove it.

right click mycomputer --> manage --> Services and Applications --> Services --> Apache Tomcat --> double click and change startup type to manual or disabled
