You can convert your PST file into DOC format using manual conversion via MS Outlook and MS Word.

1. Launch Microsoft Outlook and open the PST file (File > Open & Export > Open Outlook Data File).
2. Select the emails you want to convert.
3. Click File > Save As and choose TXT (Plain Text) or HTML format.
4. Open the saved TXT/HTML file in Microsoft Word.
5. Save it as a DOC or DOCX file (File > Save As > Word Document).
