toll fruad on norstar mics????

some how the phillapines are calling in and routing calls thru the nam via option 7 for outbound xfr. is it possible to call in via rad and use a norstar password to change the rad password and then go in and set up mail boxes with outbound xfr. to another country for long distance? or is there a way to call in thru the aa using a phone and change or create a new password or set up mail boxes. thanks for the help

This has seemed to become a big issue the last few months. We've had at least 10 customers call in complaining about Toll Fraud. What we did is actually build filters and asigned them to the VM ext. Then put in overrides for the numbers that they needed to be called. But you are correct if they can get in via your RAD then they can programm pretty much what they want to.

most users never change passwords and when they do its usually 1234 1111 4321 force them to change every 60 to 90 days then restrict all mboxes from outbound transfers unless they really need
