TO INSTALL PRI ,DS1 BOARD shows circuit pack should be install first???

Hello friends,
I have tried ADD DS1 and then board location it shows that circuit pack must be instal first , how to rectify the issue ,kindly let me know

exactly install the ds1 board 1st as stated

boards, when inserted, will self program their location in the cabinet, carrier, slot or the media-gateway slot.

The following commands can be used to program a slot with a board type, even though it's not inserted in the system.

Command: change circuit-pack
Command: change media-gateway

Please make sure the exact coding is used for the slot that matches the hardware that will be inserted. This will allow programming without installed hardware. It can create alarms and if the exact hardware is not installed, may cause administration to be removed and added again if there is a mismatch or conflict.
