Twice in the last 11 days our TN801B MAPD card has been flashing ESHUT and could not deliver calls to our agents.
I tried a manual reboot but it hangs at OSINIT so I had to remove the card to reboot it. The server is in a comuputer room at another business our company owns (we used to be located there) with no IT staff on site so this is a real pain. I am located an hour from the location.
Does this problem indicate the card needs to be replaced?
I found an article about the time change causing problems on some MAPD cards but I cant figure out how to login to the card as I don't see the maintenance menu. I have a dadmin login (not craft) and we are running Definity Version 11. We do not have Avaya support, I am it.
Any suggestions on resolving this issue would be appreciated.
