Timeline configuration error

Hi All,
I have installed Visio 2000 in a Class room with 24 PCs( this is a university setup with limited access accounts for students). The program works fine in admin account but in the students account it gives me an error whenever the student tries to configure the Timeline in his project. Is there a way around to this problem. I tried giving it full control for all users but still not luck.
Any help appreciated.
