We are running CM 2.1.1 with S8700 servers on a client’s site. There are complaints that the DCP phones, especially Call Masters, lose and gain time. That means that the phone clock is not accurate enough for the agents to keep time of their schedules. Does anyone know what the update rate of the time display on the phones are, and if there is anything that can be done to get the clocks more accurate?
