TEC SC Intergration using Connect.It 1

Hi Everyone....

Ititially I had TEC creating calls in ServiceCenter.
However we seem to have hit a problem, records are no longer being created and we are getting the error msg...

Asynchronous Message since the last session. NULL
This is from the Connect.It console...

and

Asynchronous Message since the last session.
(-53) null
This is from the ConnectIt log.

Does anyone have any idea what this error message means and how to fix it.

Sorry this took So long to reply. This is a problem with your data MAP. Someone probably updated TEC and this added a field on TEC called fqhostname this will cause Connect IT to fail. The other thing that may be causing this is that an update to the TEC rules is causing an error that only can be resolved be upgrading Connect it to 3.2.1.3304
