SC TEC intergration using connect.it

Hi All

I have intergrated TEC and SC using connect.it and tickets are being created in SC via a pmo event however when I pass the ticket number back to TEC via an output event I can't delete the output event hence It keeps getting processed.

I know I have to use a feedback loop in my connect.it senario and use the ConnectItDel event map, however what conditions and data do I need to pass into SC to complete the deletion.....

Any help would be great...

Chris, I think the implementation of the TEC integration on that site was originally done by Infrasolve - I'd contact them for help. They've got a few guys who've done detailed integrations a number of times.
