We have an IP Office R2.1 with all analogue extensions which we use in a call centre environment.
We use a bespoke .NET application for outbound calls. Currently the users are having to manually dial each number (either using the phone or using PM).
I would like to build in dialling functionality in to our application.
We have come across a problem though, in that the extension setting on the TAPI driver is a per-machine setting and only administrators can change it. Does anyone know of any way to programmatically change this setting? Is there a decent TAPI driver for this system on XP?
