Tandem trunking between regular co to t1\e1

I need to create a tandem operation.
What I am trying to achieve is having calls that come in on a pri line automaticly grab a trunk from a regular co line.
and if a call comes in on a regular co line routes the call to the T1\E1

Can this be done.

I can not find any examples of tandem trunking

By the way the t1 will really be configured as a E1, and is actually a astrisk PBX.

The definity has traditional trunks. I am using E1 to get as many channels as possiable.

Also when a call come through on the analog trunk I would like to route to the astrisk.

Inserted digits could be TAC code of another trunk-group.
