System Status won't launch

I upgraded to CCC 5.0.6 and Admin 4.2.11 and Java 6 update 11
Now System Status does not work.

When I start it, I get this error message: "Could not find the main class: Main.SSAViewer. Program will exit." Title bar says: "Java Virtual Machine Launcher."

I tried to do some research and found info that said; In Internet Explorer, in Options, make sure that Java is enabled, which I did, but it still had the problem.

Can someone help me get System Status working?

I'm using;
IP500 - 4.2 (11)
Manager 6.2 (11)
VoiceMail 4.2(24)
Delta Server 5.2.20

this has happened for SSA as well as for System Monitor...
best thing is to remove manager 4.2.11, restart, manually delete those old install folders and then re-install..

There is no need to touch CCC anyway..

Go to the java website and download the latest version 6 update 11 I think it is, it should work then.

You need to reinstall System status then, some of the JAR files have probably been corrupted or lost.

If you look in the properties of the shortcut used to start SSA you will see that SSAViewer.jar is SSA. Either it got removed during the upgrade or its location got changed.
