We have had complaints from our stores that customers say they are calling and the line just rings on there end. The store never hears the phones ring. This is an intermittant problem. Also we continue to have stores say they have to reboot/unplug their phones in order for them to work. They are the 4412 and 4424 phones and they see system time and date but pick up handset and they get nothing. Also the embedded voicemail is flaky. It sometimes wont let anyone log into there vmail box. We have to do an immediate reboot of the system and then they are able to get access. A lot weird things keep popping up with IP 406 3.2(17) Any suggestions fixes?
