System Directory Numbers

I have installed 2 Nokia 32 unis on 2 Analog extension ports

Short code routes all outgoing calls starting with 07 to the huntgroup containing the 2 Nokia 32 units.

Manual dialling of 07 numbers works very well

Phone Manager Pro users calling from the system directory get message "Number not recognised

What is the short code you have setup?

Telephone = 400,D07n (Where 400 is the Nokia extension no
Action = Dial Extn

I am not sure why this fails but if it is a voice msg saying number not recognised (from the public network)it may be that you are dialing too quickly for the nokia units.
try changing the telephone number to
400D,.
this should then pause after obtaining dialtone befor sending the digits
