I need to put dch 0 in service and have DCH 1 in standby. Tried using the command "sdch dch 0"but got a dch047 error. "comand not supproted for UIPE d-channels" any ideas?

DCH 000 : OPER EST STBY AUTO BKUP 001
DCH 001 : OPER EST SERV AUTO PRIM 000

Can you disable 1? That will put 0 in service.

Do you think that will be service affecting?

It will affect anyone accesing the dchannel when you enter the disable command. No one will notice I don't think. If you want to be safe do it like Buddy said. I wouldn't though.
