Okay guys, I have an "interesting" problem for you ... we are using Norstar M7324s. Yesterday, one of them (okay, MINE) decided that the switchhook would no longer be a functional piece of equipment on the telephone. I thought at first that it was something in the telephone itself, so I switched it out, but no joy. Its a setting of some sort, but I can't figure out what happened. I can't pick up or put down the phone without pressing buttons and its driving me crazy.
Worst thing is, as telephone network admin, I should know how to fix it, but I'm stumped - especially since I didn't do anything to cause the problem. I've checked the line assignments, they're set correctly. Any other ideas??
