I need help! One of my co-workers phone buttons are no longer working. The buttons give you that distictive sound when you touch them. There is a dial tone and he can only answer the phone if its transferd to his line. It will not allow me to log on to it as Administrator at all. Every button says access denied. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

sounds like a stuck button. does it still say access denied when you punch the feature button? if so try to swap out for another similar phone and see if the problem follows the phone set.
