I have an option 11c system. I need to switch two extension around. I guess the easiest thing to do is switch the cables around. I did that in the past with a small flat head (didn't have a punch down tool). I don't want to go thru that again. Anyone knows how to do it via the software instead? Thanks!

move extension 1 (TN) to another empty TN then take extension 2 move it into number 1 and take the spare (orginially number 1) and put it on the previous number 2

Draw it out works wonders.!!

Also....order a real punch down tool for future use. The screwdriver thing is a pain. You can gte thm relatively cheap these days. Even Home Depot sells them.
