Hi. I recently changed my swap file from my c: drive to drive f: because c: was running out of space. My machine has 256megs RAM. Now when I boot I get a "no swap-too small swap etc etc message. Have allocated 400 megs as the minimum and 2000 as max. I checked my registry in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINR\System|CurrentControlSet\Control\SessionManager
\MemoryManager to see if the Set worked. Here's what I have in the registry.
F:\pagefile1.sys 400 2000
Eveything looks copacetic but my machine keeps crashing.
Anyone know what is wrong and how to fix it? I suppose I could just reinstall but that would simply reset the swap to c: and that seems stupid as I only have 266 megs free on c:.
