sv8300 programming mode

I have a customer that has hot keys enabled ... because of that, I cannot get into CAT mode from a phone ...is there a way around this?

Or, FNC (FEATURE), CNF, *, FNC (FEATURE), CNF #
Or, get a copy of PCPRo.
