We have a site that has a SV8300 with the UCB messaging system hybrid with majority of ITL 8LD phones that has been in place since 2010, recently there are 8 phones that suddenly are now displaying a message lamp with FX:1 in the display. There are no messages in the mailboxes and the UCB notification fields is blank and nothing found in the advanced fields. I cannot figure out how to located the cause or how to disable and clear. There are no FX lines just 3 PRI circuits, CMD 35 shows no info other than PRI routing. CMD 12 shows no indicators for any fields that would activate this notification.
Looking for any insight that might be other avenues to look for.
