The easiest way is to use the start Up folder in the Start Menu to get he Batch file to run.
C:\Documents and Settings\*user*\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\
Just save your batch file to that location, and it will automatically make it run every time Windows starts.
Put the batch file in that folder, or use the "All Users" user folder if you want to make it run for every user that logs into the machine, instead of a specific one.
