Strange System Status Bug? 1

Hi All,
IPO release 9.0.12
Manager Admin Release 10.0
I have created two (2) H323 VoIP Trunks, example line 10 and line 20 respectively,
both appear in manager.
When SSA is launched only line 10 appears in SSA.
Has anyone experienced this? I a missing something or is there a bug in this admin release?

This happens with new sip trunks too that have not registered or connected yet. Has traffic passed down the missing circuit yet?

I hate some forms of propagation.
