For some reason, our Flash seems to have "flashed."

MICS no longer recognizes the Feature codes, so I can't access it that way.

I've reset both systems, MICS through System restart and FLash with a power reset.

I get a Log: prompt on the DN for the Flash, but none of the passwords work there.

Any possibilities other than the unit is FUBAR?

All the Feature 98x codes are showing "Inactive Feature"

Power is good - have indicator light on Flash unit.

Connections appear good. I can get a Log: prompt on the Norstar DN than Flash is using, but it won't accept any password I have or the default Config or 0000

If that does not work try F985
9
Then enter the following with the keypad

RESETSMPSWD

Press ok

This should reset you Pswd do factory default to match your extension DN Length

if your extension #'s are 2 digits 120000
if your extension #'s are 3 digits 1020000

Feature 903 just gave me the Feature list showing 980-989 Once, now its showing "Inactive Feature" as well.

OK, now I'm in with F983 and Config. Apparently viewing F903 and confirming those codes reset what I needed.

Thanks!

That tells me the system got spiked or somone is not deleting their messages which is really important on the Flash because of it's limited storage capacity. As far as the install screen, just hit ok and next then ok to config it.
And you should be good to go.
