Softphone With R10.0 / History Disable 1

Hello all !

I have two simple question but can't find the answer

1/
We upgraded a customer from 9.1 to 10.0 and now his softphone doesn't work anymore.
It says that there is a licence error, but the user is already Power User with Softphone enable

So, it the softphone already supported in R10 ? Or do i need to use the Communicator ?

2/
A user tells that when he click on "call log" on his 9608, it says "history disable"
But when we use the OneX, the history is good

Any ideas ?

1) Support for IP Office Video Softphone for Windows ended with 9.1. They need to switch to Avaya Communicator for Windows.

2) Call Log Disabled or History Disabled means exactly that. In the IP Office configuration look at the 'System | Telephony | Call Log | Centralised Call Log' and 'User | Telephony | Call Log | Centralised Call Log' settings.


Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Ok for Softphone, i will see to install Communicator

And thanks for the help on the call logs, the problem was that but it's pretty strange in the French version ...

For information, on the user's server, the Manager is in english, and i see that the call log on this user was on "OFF" while it is on "System Default (ON)" for all other users.
But on my computer, it's a french version, and for all users it's "Disable" for all, so that's why i didn't understand why is there a problem with only this user !
