I have two simple question but can't find the answer
1/
We upgraded a customer from 9.1 to 10.0 and now his softphone doesn't work anymore.
It says that there is a licence error, but the user is already Power User with Softphone enable
So, it the softphone already supported in R10 ? Or do i need to use the Communicator ?
2/
A user tells that when he click on "call log" on his 9608, it says "history disable"
But when we use the OneX, the history is good
Any ideas ?
