Hey Everyone,
I need help figuring out how the IP Office tracks SoftPhone licenses(Phone Manager Pro IP Audio Enabled is the actual name). I have an office with one IP SoftPhone license. I have the one user using it over VPN and traveling between different copmany offices. Each time they connect they could have a different IP address. It seems that once they change their IP address the system won't allow them to use VoIP capability for a while.
I am guessing that the license is being held for the last IP address. Is this true? Does anybody know if in fact the licensing is by IP address and what it takes to clear this or reset this?
Thanks for any input. I can't seem to find the info anywhere.
