Hi All,

This is an odd one.
Working on a clients computers who have been running softphone for years, softphone remembers login details.
PCi DSS compliance required us to disable TLS1.0 and enable TLS1.1 and TLS1.2 on the servers and clients.
Softphone suddenly stops remembering login details and users have to enter it manually.
So two questions, has anyone else seen this and resolved it?
What is the most up to date version of softphone as I notice in 9.1 and 10.x it is no longer on the admin CD.

Hi. If i remember rightly softphone was no longer supported in version 9. So wouldnt expect to see it in the later releases Admin CD. What version of software is the phone system on?

Hi Manie3,

The system is on release 7 so it aging a little.
I just don't understand why the credentials wont save any more.
Is there a replacement or alternative to the SoftPhone now?
