Softphone Issues

Hi all,

Ive installed Phone Manager PC Softphone 4.2.36 on a clients PC and coming up against a few issues, hoping someone on here might be able to shed a bit of light. Ive had search around on the web but not found anything significant.

Issue 1: Softphone intermittently logs itself out of hunt groups. They have the latest 4.2 software

Issue 2: When the user takes a call, it is as if the user is on mute and the customer cant hear them. They have to manually mute themselves, unmute and then everything is ok.

Any help would be much appreciated.

probably best upgrading to 4.2(37) and seeing if you still have issues.

Hi Tom, thanks for the quick reply.
Am i not right in thinking that the User CD 4.2.37 still only contains PhoneManager 4.2.36?
I tried the link you suggested, ran the install and it didnt give me the option to upgrade the PM
