Hi all,
Ive installed Phone Manager PC Softphone 4.2.36 on a clients PC and coming up against a few issues, hoping someone on here might be able to shed a bit of light. Ive had search around on the web but not found anything significant.
Issue 1: Softphone intermittently logs itself out of hunt groups. They have the latest 4.2 software
Issue 2: When the user takes a call, it is as if the user is on mute and the customer cant hear them. They have to manually mute themselves, unmute and then everything is ok.
Any help would be much appreciated.
